Weekdays Check Ins 9:00am-11:00am 

Weekdays Check Outs 3:00pm- 5:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am-11:00am 
Sunday: 3:00pm - 5:00pm

Public Holiday Hours: 10am-3pm only

*In order for us to have Suites ready for Check Ins we ask that Check outs occur in the morning session (9-11am) on Weekdays*

 

Reception Closed: Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day, Good Friday & Easter Sunday.

 

We understand that extenuating circumstances may arise, if you are unable to attend during our normal office hours please speak to our staff and we may be able to organise an out of hours attendance. Please note there is no guarantee that this is possible & an additional fee may be incurred.
