At Cats Conservatory we do not charge peak-season rates- every cat enjoys the same level of care and luxury throughout the year. A  20% non-refundable deposit is required for bookings during busy periods.

We recommend booking early for school holidays, Christmas or Easter. ​​​​

Cats from the same family staying in separate rooms are charged at $35 per room, per night. Long-stay discounts may be available - please enquire at reception.

Medication: Please advise us at the time of booking if your cat requires medication during their stay. Additional fees may apply.

Booking amendments: Unexpected changes to a guest's booking after their stay has commenced during peak holiday periods may incur a $25 administration fee.

Late Check-out: Check-outs between 3:00-5:00pm must be arranged with reception in advance and are subject to room availability. A part stay fee of $25 will apply.
